摘　　要：以一套生物砂滤试验装置的PLC控制系统为例,论述了PLC控制系统在生物砂滤池污水处理中的设计思路、功能特点及控制系统的结构(软、硬件的组成)。该系统主要由加药控制、曝气控制及反冲洗控制3个子系统组成,并由PC和PLC有机地耦合在一起,以实现自控、监控和数据处理的功能,可以提高该工艺对污染物质的去除率及提高出水的稳定性,降低了运行能耗并节省人力。该控制系统可用于小型试验也可用于工业现场进行实际控制。Taking a experimental the system in reclaimed water as an example.Discusses the ways of the design the Biological Sand Filter,the function characteristics and the system structure of the control systems who is based on the PLC.The system is mainly composed of three subsystems:Dosing control、aeration control and flush control,and achieving control,monitoring and data processing function by the PC and PLC organically coupled together,for the title of improving the technology and water removal contaminants and reducing the energy consumption and manpower. the system is not only used in the experiment but also used to control the Industrial Manufacture.
