废机油生产柴油关键技术及清洁生产新工艺研究(英文)

摘　　要：依照循环经济的理念,以废机油、齿轮油、液压油、专用油等废油为研发对象,通过沉降、平行渗滤和垂直升滤等净化措施后;加碱及催化剂后加热裂解为汽、煤、柴油;然后用分子筛、板框过滤精制,除去痕量的水和机杂,使产品透明水亮;最后添加各种添加剂(抗氧、防锈剂、清洁剂等)提高油品的使用性能(如减少喷嘴的结焦,管线堵塞,提高燃烧效能,延长机械维修周期,节约能源等)。通过以上4个环节,把废油裂化为优质柴油,达到清洁生产的目的,并防止环境污染。In accordance with the concept of recycling economy,it takes waste lubricating oil,gear oil,hydraulic oil,dedicated oil and other waste oil as research and developed targets.After the settlement,parallel leachate,vertical leachate and other purification measures,adding alkali and catalyst,and cracking after heating into gas,coal,diesel oil.Then using molecular sieve,frame filtering for refining to remove trace of water and miscellaneous machine,which make the products are transparent and bright.Finally adding all kinds of additives(antioxidant and anti-rust agents,cleaning agents and others) to improve the use performance of oil products(such as reducing the nozzle coking,the pipeline plugging to improve combustion efficiency and extend the mechanical maintenance cycle, save energy and so on.).Through the above four aspects,the waste oil are cracked to high-quality diesel oil to achieve the aim of cleaner production and prevent the environmental pollution.
