摘 要:将竹材在200-400℃无氧环境中热处理3h,然后对热处理竹材进行苯甲基化改性,探讨了反应时间、NaOH用量、相转移催化剂用量对醚化反应的影响。通过反应后热处理竹材的增重率来表征醚化反应程度,在同样的反应条件下,250℃热处理竹材的增重率最大,并通过FT-IR、XRD对苯甲基产品的微观结构进行了表征。The moso bamboo was heat-treated during 200-400℃for 3h without oxygen.The benzylation of heat-treated bamboo was investigated by changing a series of effecting factors,such as reaction time,the amounts of aqueous caustic solution and phase transfer catalyst.The extent of benzylation was quantified by the percentage of weight gain for heat-treated bamboo after benzylation reaction. Under the same condition,the extent of benzylation of heat-treated bamboo under 250℃was highest.The microstructure of heat-treated bamboo and benzylated products was characterized by FTIR and XRD.This work contributes to better understanding the change of activity hydroxide for the heat-treated bamboo.
