摘　　要：介绍了冷轧酸洗系统酸雾产生过程及危害,针对传统酸雾净化技术提出了新型改进方法,实现了酸雾的物理法净化处理。阐述了酸雾净化回用技术的方法、工作原理及装置构成,工况条件大幅改观,生产与生态和谐发展的实效。The harme of acid mist and the arising process from the system of cold Rolling pickling is introdued,in accordane to the traditional acid mist purification technology,the advanced new method is put forward,the acid mist purification with physical method are achieved,the working principle and device structure for the new method are expatiated so.The working conditions is large improvede.The ecology and production are harmoniousness development.
