摘  要:针对原结晶器设计的不合理、结晶器水缝不均匀、二冷配水制度不合理、工艺备件的缺陷等多种因素导致方坯的溢漏率居高不下,致使结晶器铜管的过钢量一直得不到提高,方坯连铸机很难保证高效运行,同时也严重制约了生产成本的进一步降低,为此,对结晶器总成及水套进行改造,铜管锥度进行合理优化,取得了良好的使用效果。For the original mold design unreasonable,the mould water seam is uneven,secondary cooling water distribution system is unreasonable,technical deficiencies,such as spare parts for a variety of factors have led to high spills rate of billet,resulting in mold brass pipe folw steel volume has not increased,billet continuous casting machine is very difficult to guarantee efficient operation,but also seriously hampered further reduce production costs,and mould assy and water jacket is transformed,reasonable optimization of taper for brass pipe and achieved good results.
