摘　　要：介绍纵剪机组的工艺过程及如何运用其主要部分PLC及直流调速器等。重点介绍了各主机的线速度测量及匹配问题。经应用证明该系统具有很好的控制性和可靠性。This article introduce the control system of lengthwise shearers which is based on the technology process of lengthwise shearers,and how to use PLC,direct current speed regulator in the control system.Its focus is on the speed measure for the mainframes and matching.The practice operation results is satisfactory.
