摘　　要：概述了新疆八一钢铁有限公司利用二手设备进行现代化改造,建设冷连轧机组的工艺方案,特别是在对旧有轧机未进行大的改造加工的情况下,实施了电动压下改全液压压下、四辊轧机改六辊轧机、增加轧机工作辊弯辊、快速换辊和增设斜楔保证轧制线恒定等一系列措施,使二手设备发挥最好作用,建成后的连轧机组生产出的产品质量达到国内先进水平。该机组仅投资近2亿元,达到了节约投资的目的。The transforms about cold mill technology reformation production by second-hand equipment in Bayi Iron and Steel Crop.are discussed.On the basis of no reforming and machining old equipments largely.some measures are carried out,such as change the electric screw down into hydraulic screw down,change 4-high mill into 6-high mill,increase work roll bending.increase quick roll changing,increase lower roll wedge to guarantee the fixed rolling line and so on.After a series of technology improvements,the second-hand equipments achieved qualitative effects and now the product quality has reached the domestic advanced levels.Meanwhile the whole cost of the cold mill unit was only 2 hundred millions RMB.
