摘　　要：介绍了承德建龙方坯连铸机引进的结晶器液面自动控制系统的液面控制原理、塞棒数控系统构成、液面自动控制应用效果和维护的技术;利用此优化液面控制技术有效地减少漏钢、溢钢事故,提高了铸坯的质量。The automatic liquid control of theory,structure of stopping bar CNC system,application effects of automatic liquid control and maintenance technology of automatic liquid control system in square billet caster of Chengde Jianlong in this article.Using this optimal automatic liquid control technology to reduce breakout and overflow emergency and improve quality of billet effectively.
