摘　　要：高线精轧机组是线材生产轧制的关键设备,如何保证出口速度稳定在90m/s轧制,除了体现在设备生产厂家的加工、装配及调试环节上,设备的安装也是一个重要的环节,将着重研究讨论高线精轧机组安装、检修时关注的重点技术,保证设备的长期稳定的使用。Finishing Mill unit is the key equipment in the high-speed wire rolling line,to guarantee the rolling speed at the outlet stably around 90m/s,the make sure the quality of the manufacturing,assembly and adjustment in the producer's workshop is main link so.The installment on site is also an important key step.This disquisition will emphasize to the knowhow and technique that's required when the finishing mill unit is installed and overhauled.
