强地震下不同年代住宅楼受损情况分析

摘　　要："5.12"汶川特大地震发生后,灾区很多住宅楼受到不同程度的损坏。为了探讨强地震对不同年代住宅楼的影响和损坏程度,以便为灾区重建提供科学依据。结合到灾区对震后住宅楼进行检测的数据,将不同年代住宅楼在强地震后的损坏情况进行分类分析。利用结构力学原理研究了房屋损坏的原因和规律。针对不同年代的受损住宅楼,提出了不同的修缮和加固建议。The intense earthquake happened at Wenchuan zone in '5·12'.Many residential buildings have been damaged at different degree in disaster area.In order to research the damage of the different age residential buildings under the intense earthquake,the different age residential buildings are classified and analyzed.Then,the damage characteristics of buildings are obtained.These conclusions can help to reconstruct buildings in disaster area.In view of the damage data of buildings checked and measured after intense earthquake,the damage reason and the damage regulation of the buildings are studied using the structure mechanics theory.At last,according to the different age residential buildings,the different advice of remedy and reinforce are proposed.
