摘 要:为研发我国具有自主知识产权的高层钢结构建筑信息模型(BIM)软件并全面应用BIM,选用ObjectARX技术在AutoCAD平台上进行二次开发.建立高层钢结构BIM软件,实现了BIM与高层钢结构结构工程各个阶段的数据接口,并在上海中心项目中应用该软件系统.软件实现高层钢结构有限元计算、规范校核等功能,并可以读入相关有限元软件的计算模型,基于设计结果完成BIM的三维实体的数字拼装技术;组织节点数据结构,完成复杂钢节点的参数化造型和编辑技术;实现基于BIM的结构材料信息等的建筑工程数据管理,以及BIM与施工图、加工图的实时、一致性关联.上海中心项目应用说明,该BIM软件实现了建筑信息模型的理念,将对我国建筑业信息化进程起到推动作用.To develop high-rise steel structural building information modeling(BIM) software with Chinese independent intellectual property right and fully apply the BIM concept,technical characteristics of BIM are put forward.A high-rise steel structure software system based on the BIM concept is developed with ObjectARX technology and AutoCAD graphics platform.Data interface between three-dimensional solid database and each stage of building lifecycle period are realized.The software system is then applied in Shanghai Center Project.The design functions of a high-rise structure such as finite element calculation,code checking and so on are accomplished and structural models from some general finite element software can be read in.Assembly of the three-dimensional solid model is then performed based on the design results.Data structures of joints are organized,and the parameter sculpts and edit technology of complicated steel joints are achieved.Construction data management including material information and cost information can be displayed and queried totally based on three-dimensional model.The real-time association and consistency among construction drawing,processing drawing and three-dimensional model is fulfilled.Application of Shanghai Center Project shows that the BIM software system can realize the concept of BIM and help the development of information process in Chinese construction industry.
