摘 要:为了优化钢纤维混凝土的各项力学性能,设计优选了大流动性细粒混凝土与长度为70mm、长细比达93.3的长钢纤维,采用三维钢纤维编织技术与渍浆纤维混凝土施工工艺,成功制备出钢纤维体积率Vf为5%和10%的三维编织钢纤维增强渍浆混凝土试件(3D-BSFC).采用微机控制电液伺服万能试验机对基体强度为C50的试件进行了准静态3种低应变率(10-6/s,10-4/s及10-2/s)下的单轴压缩试验,测出了应力-应变全曲线、强度、压缩韧性以及弹性模量,研究了其受压力学特性及钢纤维掺量和应变率对基本力学性能的影响规律.结果表明,高掺量三维正交钢纤维对基体混凝土的强度提高最高达3倍以上,同时改善其变形能力,使韧性增强最高达3.87倍;在较低应变率状态下,强度和弹性模量随着应变率的增大而增大,但增长幅度不大.The mechanical properties of steel fiber reinforced concrete were optimized by designing high flowage concrete and long steel fibers with a length of 70 mm and a slenderness ratio of 93.3.Specimens of 3D orthogonal braid steel fiber reinforced concrete(3D-BSFC) with steel fiber volume contents of 5% and 10% were prepared by using of 3D braiding technology for continuous steel fibers and construction technique for slurry infiltrated fiber concrete.The specimens with matrix strength of C50 were tested uniaxially by a multifunction servo-controlled testing machine under three types of quasi-static low strain rates(10-6/s,10-4/s and 10-2/s).The whole stress-strain curve,strength,toughness and compression elasticity modulus were obtained.Compressive characteristics of 3D orthogonal braid steel fiber reinforced concrete and influences of the steel fiber content and strain rate on the basic mechanical performances were investigated.The results show that the strength of 3D orthogonal braid steel fiber reinforced concrete is maximally increased to 3 times that of the matrix.The ability of deformation is also improved and the compressive ductility is increased to 3.87 times that of the matrix.With the increase of the strain rates,both the strength and the elastic modulus increase,but not obviously.
