摘 要:许多弹丸侵彻混凝土的实验均已经证明,在弹靶侵彻过程中,靶板正面有大块的混凝土剥落,形成近似的锥形坑。基于众多实验数据,人们建立了多种经验公式以预测弹对靶体冲击时的靶体效应,但是都没有对靶面成坑机理做进一步分析。混凝土这种混合材料的特性就是它的抗压强度远大于抗拉强度,但它还不完全是纯脆性材料。为了更明确地解释弹侵彻混凝土靶表面成坑,把弹体侵彻混凝土靶成坑过程分为弹尖与靶面接触,周向环状裂纹产生和扩展,径向裂纹产生和扩展和破碎成坑4个阶段。在分析计算成坑阻力的基础上计算了靶面成坑角,并将计算结果与实验进行了对比,计算结果与实验吻合。Many experiments on the projectile penetrating into concrete target prove that the concrete chunks spall off from the target surface and the conical crater forms in the process of penetration.Based on the experimented data,the many empirical formulas were established to predict the impact effects of the projectile penetrating concrete target.However,the crater-forming mechanism was not further studied.The material property of concrete is that its compressive strength is larger than the tensile strength,but it is still not a purely brittle material.In order to clearly explain the crater-forming mechanism in the penetration,the crater-forming process can be divided into contact between the projectile nose and target surface,production and expansion of the ring crack,production and expansion of the radial crack,and crater-forming.Based on the analysis and calculation of the crater-forming resistance,the crater angle was calculated and compared with the experimented results.The calculated result consists with the experimented one.
