摘 要:采用自主开发的三维SPH程序对冲击载荷作用下装甲陶瓷的损伤演化进行了数值研究。为了描述装甲陶瓷材料非线性变形及损伤特性,在程序中嵌入JH2本构模型及损伤模型。计算结果与实验结果对比表明:采用光滑粒子法对装甲陶瓷材料进行大变形、高应变率的损伤变形计算是有效的;数值仿真再现了装甲陶瓷材料的损伤破坏发展过程。仿真结果可以为装甲陶瓷抗侵彻机理研究提供参考。The damage evolution of ceramic armor under impact load was simulated using a self-developed three-dimensional SPH software.To describe its nonlinear deformation and damage features,a JH2 constitutive model and a damage model were embedded in the program.The comparison of the calculated results with the experimented results shows that the SPH method is effective for the damage evolution of impacted ceramic armor subjected to large strain and high strain rate;the numerical simulation reproduces the damage development process in the armor ceramic materials.The simulated results can provide a reference for investigating the anti-penetration mechanism of the armor ceramic.
