金属弹体侵彻混凝土的再生核质点法研究

摘  要:为了研究金属弹体侵彻混凝土材料的复杂过程,在侵彻过程分析中,通过引入再生核质点法、金属弹体Johnson-Cook本构模型和混凝土Johnson-Holmquist-Concrete累积损伤材料模型,实现了利用再生核质点法分析金属弹体侵彻混凝土的过程,计算结果与有限元法结果完全一致。显示了无网格法在大变形、高应变率和断裂破坏分析中无需划分单元的优越性,并且避免了网格销蚀和网格重构等复杂处理过程,提高计算效率和计算精度。Analyses on large deformation,high strain-rate and fracture with meshless method need not division of elements,which can avoid grid erode and complex reconstruction process and improve the computational efficiency and accuracy.Based on studying calculation control equations and shape function interpolation with RKPM for penetration process,the Johnson-Cook constitutive model of the metal projectile body and Johnson-Holmquist-Concrete material cumulative damage model were introduced into RKPM and the process analysis of metal projectile body penetrating into of concrete with RKPM was achieved.Calculated results with RKPM are exactly the same as those with finite element method.But as for the penetration fracture problems,by coarctating meshes to improve the computational accuracy and other areas,RKPM is easier to carry out than the finite element method.
