摘　　要：目的调查糖尿病足综合治疗过程中高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的动态变化。方法动态检测了47例糖尿病足患者的血清hs-CRP,并和非糖尿病足的2型糖尿病患者相比较,结果经独立样本的t检验,和对照组比较,研究组首诊即时、治疗7d、14d的血清hs-CRP水平明显升高(P<0.05);有效治疗28d、3个月以及6个月后,研究组血清hs-CRP和对照组相比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论血清hs-CRP可以作为评价糖尿病足的炎症水平预后指标。Objective To investigate the dynamic variation of high sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) during the combined therapy of diabetic foot(DF).Methods There were 47 cases(59 feet) of DF whose serum hs-CRP were detected dynamically,and compared with patients of diabetes mellitus without DF(control).Results By t-test of independent sampler,the levels of hs-CRP were significant higher about DF when dignosed,7 days and 14 days after treatment than that of control(P<0.05).there were no difference about the levels of hs-CRP were significant higher about DF 28 days,3 months and 6 months after treatment when compared with that of control(P≥0.05).Conclusion The level of hs-CRP can act as the prognostic indicator to appraise the severity of inflammation.
