丹参川芎嗪注射液与磷酸肌酸联合辅助治疗慢性肺心病36例临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察丹参川芎嗪注射液与磷酸肌酸联合辅助治疗慢性肺心病的疗效。方法 66例慢性肺心病患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组36例除常规抗感染、平喘、化痰、强心利尿和低流量吸氧外,还联合丹参川芎嗪注射液与磷酸肌酸治疗,对照组30例只接受常规治疗。结果治疗组和对照组经14d的治疗后相比,症状缓解率分别是94.4%和66.7%(P<0.05),治疗组氧分压亦得到明显改善(P<0.01)。治疗组有1例患者在静滴丹参川芎嗪时有颜面发红、轻度头晕,测血压偏低,经调慢输液速度后症状消失,未影响后续治疗。其余患者未出现不良反应。结论丹参川芎嗪注射液与磷酸肌酸能改善患者症状,提升氧分压,是辅助治疗肺心病有效而安全的药物。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of dansheng and chuanxiongqin injection combined with Creatine Phosphate(CP) on chronic cor pulmonale.Methods 66 patients were divided into two groups at random.36 patients in treatment group were treated with dansheng and chuanxiongqin injection combined with CP as well as routine medicine therapy such as anti-infection,asthma restraint, expectoration,cardiocinetic,diuresis and low flowrate oxygen-breath,while the rest 30 patients in control group were treated with routine medicine therapy only.Result After fourteen days' treatment, the total effective rate in treatment group and control group were 94.4%and 66.7%respectively (P<0.05).PaO2 in treatment group were significantly improved(P<0.01).There was one patient in treatment group experienced his face turn red and light swim and relatively low blood pressure.After slow down the intravenous injection speed,the symptom disappeared.No obvious adverse reaction was reported in the rest treatment group.Conclusion The combined application of intravenous dansheng and chuanxiongqin injection and CP can improve the symptom and PaO2 of the patients.It is safe and has highly supplementary effective on chronic cor pulmonale.
