摘  要:变电站电力设施中的瓷柱式电气设备,由于瓷柱为脆性材料且根部承受弯矩的能力有限,在强烈地震作用下极易破坏,从而影响电气设备的正常工作.目前,对此类电气设备进行隔震研究的较少,这是因为这些单极电气设备体型细高且重心较高,地震作用下弯曲变形占据较大比例,因此较难实现隔震方案.工程实例中,根据变电站电气设备的功能要求,选取三极隔离开关通过加设整体连梁和布置隔震装置,使整体结构的重心较低,从而实现整体结构的隔震设计.在El Centro波、Taft波以及共振拍波3种地震波激励作用下,隔震结构与非隔震结构进行了动力时程反应的对比分析,分析结果表明隔震结构具有明显的减震效果.The porcelain electrical substation equipments are easily damaged under the strong earthquake action because the porcelain column insulator being made of brittle materials are only subjected to limited moment.The study of these electrical equipments with base isolation is less,for that they are slim and tall and centre of gravity is higher so as to bend inflection taking up more proportion in all kinds of inflection under the earthquake action;so it is difficult to achieve base isolation scheme.In an engineering example,three-phase electrical disconnectors are chosen to achieve base isolation scheme by means of casting whole connecting girder at the root of the bracing frames and installing isolation equipments between the upside structure and the base according to the demands of function of the electrical substation in order to go down the centre of gravity of the electrical equipment.Under the El Centro wave,Taft wave and artificial sinusoidal resonance wave,the responses of dynamical time-history between the isolated structure and non-isolated structure are analyzed;the results of the analysis show that the isolated structure is of distinct effect of vibration suppression.
