软土地基中地下连续墙施工

摘　　要：地下连续墙的施工主要分为导墙施工、泥浆制作、成槽放样、成槽、下锁口管、钢筋笼吊放和下钢筋笼、下拔混凝土导管浇筑混凝土、拔锁口管等几个环节,在施工各环节中都有相关的重点、难点及注意事项,是地下连续墙施工中必须面对的问题.天津北疆发电厂翻车机室工程采用了地下连续墙技术,该地下连续墙属于永久挡土、承重墙.The construction of diaphragm wall can be classified as construction of guide wall,cement production,slot completion pattern grading,slot completion,down-pass of lock aperture tube,hanging-place and down-pass of reinforcing cage,concrete pouring by pulling down the concrete duct,pulling of lock aperture tube and so on.There are relatively important and key points and matters needing attention,which have to be faced in construction of diaphragm wall.Wagon tipper house construction of Tianjin Beijiang Power Plant applied the technology of diaphragm wall,which pertained to permanent retaining and load-bearing wall.The important and key points in construction are as follows.The proportion of slurry coat can not achieve optimum index until making experiment for many times.Slot completion is the key process to control the construction period,whose process and measures to resist the collapse of groove wall must be in place.Guide wall is easy to deform or shift on the soft soil ground after pressure,leading to trouble of down-pass of reinforcing cage.Non-vertical slurry wall results in the slippage of lock aperture tube,which is hardly to resolve.The geometry of reinforcement cage is very large and the weight is also very heavy.The production size requires being precise,and the measures avoiding deformation have to be taken.
