摘  要:以废弃麻为原料,使用氢氧化钾为活化剂制备活性炭,采用正交实验研究了对活性炭吸附性能和得率影响的主要因素,确立了最佳制备工艺,即在活化温度700℃,活化时间50 min,碱炭比为3,炭化温度为400℃条件下,所制活性炭碘吸附值为1 070.24 mg/g,亚甲基蓝吸附值为11.6 mL/(0.1 g)。用扫描电镜观察了活性炭的形貌,发现其孔径约在5~100 nm之间,用红外光谱分析了样品的表面官能团,主要为羟基和醚基。Activated carbon(AC) is prepared from hemp rope waste as raw materials and potassium hydroxide as activating agent.The effects of the preparation variables on the yield and adsorption properties of active carbon are studied via orthogonal experiments,and the technological methods are established and conditions confirmed.The optimal conditions for preparing AC are as follows:the KOH to carbon ratio of 3,activation temperature of 700℃ and hold time of 30 min,carbonization temperature of 400℃.Results show that the iodine adsorption value of the active carbon can be 1 070.24 mg/g,and the methylene blue adsorption value,11.6 mL/(0.1 g).Meanwhile,the morphology is observed by using Field Emission Scan Electron Microscope,finding that the diameter of pores is about between 5 nm and 100 nm.The function groups,mainly hydroxyl and ether group on activate carbon are found by FT-IR spectroscopy.
