摘　　要：北京园林绿化政务信息图层服务系统建设包含政务信息分类与编码、标准、共享服务机制与接口以及系统实现。政务信息分类与编码是根据园林绿园业务的时空属性和长期性特点,遵循北京市政务信息图层建设技术规范,采用市级统一的共享服务机制和接口,以ArcIMS和Oracle空间数据库为核心技术,进行二次深度开发,构建行业的政务信息图层共享服务系统,为应用业务的快速搭建打下了良好的基础。The construction of service-sharing system for spatial information maps of E-government in Beijing municipal forestry and landscape department includes four aspects,i.e.classification of resources of information & coding,standards,mechanism of sharing service & interface,and system development.The classification of resources of information & coding is carried out considering the spatial characteristics and the long-term nature of forestry and landscape industry.The standards are established and consistent with those of Beijing government.According to the mechanism of sharing service of Beijing,common interfaces are used.Further,the system is re-developed based on the ArcIMS and Oracle spatial database
