摘 要:枫桦在加工过程中极易变色,为使其颜色均匀,该文采用不同处理时间和压力条件下的高温水蒸气对枫桦木材进行预处理。通过视觉物理参数的对比,分析了枫桦诱发变色的颜色变化趋势,用FTIR图谱分析了内部基团的变化情况。结果表明:①枫桦心、边材在高温水蒸气处理条件下,心、边材变色情况不尽相同,但颜色变化的总趋势是逐渐加深的;处理时应综合考虑处理压力与处理时间对诱发变色的交互作用。②诱发变色后,枫桦木材颜色的加深是由于羟基等助色基团氧化为羰基等发色基团所致。It has been known that discoloration of Betula costata Trautv wood often occurs in processing.In this study,high-temperature steaming pretreatment was used to improve visual effect of wood surface.After this treatment,rules of color change were analyzed by measuring visual physical parameters and changes of groups in B.costata analyzed by FTIR spectra.Results showed that: 1) after the treatment,although color change of sapwood differed from that of heartwood,their change rules were similar,both becoming dark,and the relationship between pressure and time should be taken into account in deciding the pretreatment conditions;2) hydroxyls were oxidized and then transformed to carbonyls during the treatment of high-temperature steaming,which would cause wood induced discoloration.
