摘 要:该文采用4因素3水平正交试验,通过对试验结果的极差和方差分析了解大花序桉碱性过氧化氢机械浆(APMP)制浆过程中,1、2段预浸渍NaOH和H2O2用量对制浆得率、裂断长I、SO白度等性能的影响,并对1、2段预浸渍的NaOH和H2O2用量进行优化选择。结果表明:大花序桉APMP制浆的较优条件为1段预浸NaOH用量6%,H2O2用量1%,Na2SiO3用量1%,MgSO4用量0.5%,EDTA用量0.3%,温度75℃,时间45 min,液比1∶4;2段预浸NaOH用量2.5%,H2O2用量5%,Na2SiO3用量3%,MgSO4用量0.5%,EDTA用量0.3%,温度75℃,时间45 min,液比1∶5。在上述条件下,大花序桉APMP浆料的手抄片裂断长达2.78 km,ISO白度达到62.3%。Effects of different dosages of NaOH and H_2O_2 on pulp yield,paper strength and whiteness of alkaline peroxide mechanical pulp(APMP) of Eucalyptus cloeziana during the pulping process were studied.A L_9(3~4) orthogonal test was designed,and range analysis,variance analysis and regression analysis were used.The optimized chemical pretreatment conditions of E.cloeziana APMP were selected.The results showed that during the first chemical pretreatment,optimum dosages of NaOH,H_2O_2,Na_2SiO_3,MgSO_4 and EDTA were 6%,1%,1%,0.5% and 0.3%,respectively,ratio of cooking liquid to fibre weight was 1∶4,temperature 75℃ and time was 45?min.In the second chemical pretreatment,opitimum dosages of NaOH,H_2O_2,Na_2SiO_3,MgSO_4 and EDTA were 2.5%,5%,3%,0.5%,and 0.3%,respectively,ratio of cooking liquid to fibre weight was 1∶5,temperature 75℃ and time was 45?min.
