利用红外光谱研究尾巨桉APMP制浆过程

摘  要:为研究尾巨桉碱性过氧化氢机械浆(APMP)制浆过程中的化学成分变化,该文对比了尾巨桉APMP预浸渍过程中的浆料和废液的红外光谱图,比较了12、段化学预浸中NaOH和H2O2发挥的不同作用。结果表明:第1段废液的红外光谱图基团峰数目明显多于第2段废液,证明第1段化学预浸以NaOH脱出木素为主,同时也有部分纤维素降解;NaOH除了提供OH-以外,还会对纤维素和木素等有部分降解作用,所以废液在3 400 cm-1左右有峰出现。第2段预浸后的浆料与磨浆后最终浆料的红外光谱图相似,说明在预浸渍结束后就基本形成了浆料的大部分性能;NaOH的主要作用是为H2O2反应提供OH-;H2O2可以氧化木素中的发色基团,提高白度。In order to study the changes of chemical components during the pulp-making process of Eucalyptus urophylla×E.grandis alkaline peroxide mechanical pulp(APMP),the authors compared the effects of NaOH and H_2O_2 on chemical impregnations through infrared spectrum analysis of pretreated pulp and waste liquor.The results showed that the number of infrared spectra(IR) group peaks of waste liquor in the first impregnation was more than that in the second one,indicating that the NaOH delignification was dominant in the first impregnation,and some celluloses were degraded.In the first impregnation,NaOH not only provided OH^-ions,but also degraded some lignins and celluloses.One peak at about 3?400?cm^(-1) occurred in the waste liquor.The pulp in the second impregnation had the similar infrared spectrogram to the final pulp obtained by grinding,suggesting that the pulp had major performance after the two impregnations.In the second impregnation,the function of NaOH was to provide OH^-ions only for the H_2O_2 reaction,and the function of H_2O_2 was to oxygenate the chromophores in the lignin and further improved the pulp whiteness.
