摘 要:使用亚临界水侵蚀Na2O-CaO-SiO2系玻璃微球,制备得到核壳型多孔玻璃微球.玻璃微球壳层为孔径分布均匀的中孔结构,具有良好的阳离子交换性能.以此多孔玻璃材料为载体,通过离子交换和氢气还原过程,制备得到单质银的纳米颗粒负载的多孔玻璃复合材料.负载基材制备过程简单、环保,材料对银的负载量大,还原后得到的单质银的纳米颗粒粒径分布窄,单分散性好,在多孔玻璃的中孔层中分布均匀.Through subcritical water treatment process,porous glass beads with a core-shell structure were prepared from ordinary soda-lime glass in one step.The porous glass had well distributed mesoporous structure in the shell layer and high cation exchange capacity.Silver modified core-shell porous glass beads were successfully prepared through ion exchange process followed by reduction in hydrogen.The preparation process for the porous glass was simple and friendly to environment.The substrate had high loading amount of silver.The silver nanoparticles were monodispersed and distributed uniformly in the porous shell.
