摘 要:研究了在液相条件下钛白粉硅铝二元包覆过程中加料速率、搅拌强度、固含率对膜层形貌的影响,在加料速率为1mL/min、搅拌速度为800r/min、固含量为40%时,在钛白粉表面可实现连续、均匀的膜状包覆.将包覆前后钛白粉作为颜料,和苯丙乳液混合涂膜,进行紫外光老化实验结果表明,随紫外照射时间的延长,漆膜降解老化导致钛白颗粒逐渐裸露,漆膜粉化.以硅铝二元膜状包覆钛白粉为颜料制备漆膜的色差约为5,远低于以未包覆钛白粉为颜料制备漆膜的色差12.连续、均匀硅铝二元膜状包覆膜层在一定程度上能够屏蔽二氧化钛的光催化性能.The effects of feeding rate,stirring speed and solid fraction of TiO2 suspension on the coating morphology of TiO2 particles were investigated,as well as the weather durability of the latex film filled with TiO2 particles.TEM images showed that the feeding rate of 1 mL/min,stirring speed of 800 r/min and solid fraction of TiO2 suspension of 40% were in the favor of forming a film coating on the particle surface.The non-coated and coated TiO2 particles were filled in styrene-acrylic latex to form a film,and the weather durability of the latex film against UV was studied.SEM images showed that the TiO2 particles were uncovered with the degradation of latex film under UV light,causing pulverization of the latex film.The chromatism of the film filled with coated TiO2 particles was about 5,and the film with non-coated TiO2 particles about 12,which showed that the weather durability of the latex film was remarkably increased with coated TiO2 particles and the silica-alumina coating could seal the photo-catalysis of TiO2 particles to a certain extent.
