摘 要:IC导线边框是冲压机冲出IC导线脚架所剩的废料,含有锡铁镍等元素.本研究使用湿式冶金法将各元素分离纯化,得到锡氧化镍、氧化铁,并进一步制成镍锌铁氧磁体粉末.首先用碱性剥锡法除去表皮的锡,所得的锡酸钠溶液经电解得纯锡,纯度为99.17%,接着用硫酸及硝酸把铁镍溶解,调整溶液的pH值并加入过氧化氢,使其中铁离子氧化成针铁矿沉淀过滤分离,再加入碳酸钠使溶液中镍离子变成碳酸镍沉淀,最后焙烧此碳酸镍得99.45%氧化镍.以氧化锌补足镍锌铁氧磁体中所需的锌、与回收所得的氧化镍、针铁矿混合调配成所需要的比例,经850℃,4h热处理以XRD测其测测为测测测立方测测,SEM检测检粒检检为0.25~0.5μm,此铁氧磁体粉末,经,粒成,,1175℃℃度℃烧测得到℃狀体,SEM检测此烧测℃狀体检测粒检检为1~4μm.利用LCR测量其测导磁率,0.1kHz^2MHz为μi=321~1100,其特性和一般商用产品测似.IC industries produces thousand tons of scrap IC lead frame every year,which contains Sn,Fe,Ni metals.In this study,Sn,FeOOH,NiO were obtained from the scrap IC lead frame by hydrometallurgical method,then FeOOH and NiO were used to produce Ni-Zn ferrite by adding ZnO.Sn was first removed from the scrap surface by alkali method,then Sn with a purity of 99.17% was obtained by electrowinning the Na2SnO3 solution.The remained scrap was dissolved in a sulfuric acid/nitric acid mixed solution.The pH value of the solution was adjusted by alkali,then it was oxidized by H2O2 to precipitate iron ion as FeOOH.Na2CO3 was added to the remained solution to precipitate Ni ion as NiCO3.Finally NiCO3 was heated at 300℃ to obtain NiO with a purity of 99.45%.NiO,FeOOH,and ZnO powders were mixed and calcined at 850℃ for 4 h,XRD analysis shows that it has a spinel structure,with particle sizes of 0.25~0.5 μm.The powder was pressed and sintered to form a torroid iron core.SEM analysis shows that the grain size of this iron core is 1~4 μm and its initial permeability is 321~1100 at the frequency between 0.1 kHz^2 MHz,which is similar to the commercial product.
