摘  要:对水镁石粉体进行超细改性一体化处理制得到超细活性水镁石阻燃填料,将其应用于聚酯材料的阻燃.采用激光粒度仪、扫描电镜、接触角测试仪对处理后的粉体进行了粒度、形貌及表面性质的表征.使用锥形量热仪对聚酯基复合材料进行燃烧性能测试.结果表明,处理后的粉体粒径由D500.94μm,D9024.59μm降为D500.14μm,D900.21μm,形貌均匀,接触角达到131°.同未改性的粉体相比,添加超细改性填料的复合材料具有更优异的阻燃和抑烟能力,热释放速率从572kW/m2降为183kW/m2,总生烟量降低2/3.The ultrafine surface-modified brucite powder was prepared by mechanical milling with the planetary high-energy ball mill.Brucite/polyester composite was prepared by adding the ultrafine surface-modified brucite powder and consolidation additives into the unsaturated polyester resin.The powder granularity and the modification effect were investigated by laser particle size analysis,scanning electron microscopy and contact angle measurement.The flame retardancy of brucite/polyester composite was measured by cone calorimeter(CONE).The results indicated that the D50 and D90 of surface-modified sample reduced from 0.94 μm,24.59 μm to 0.14 μm,0.21 μm,respectively.The ultrafine powder had a uniform morphology and its contact angle increased to 131° compared with the original powder.The CONE analysis results demonstrated that the heat release rate decreased 80% and the smoke production rate,total smoke production were reduced by 2/3 when the polyester composite contained 50%(ω) ultrafine surface-modified brucite.
