摘 要:基于相似理论,采用0.6:1的缩小水模型研究了采用不同出口结构的水口浇注时连铸大方坯结晶器内钢液、液渣以及气泡的运动行为.结果表明,使用直通型水口浇注时,液面波动较小,液渣层分布均匀,气泡和流股的冲击深度较深,气泡上浮困难,不宜采用吹氩工艺;使用双侧孔水口浇注时,液面波动合理,液渣分布较均匀,流股及气泡冲击深度较浅,流股冲击深度较直通型水口小30mm左右;采用四侧孔水口浇注时,液面波动均匀,液渣分布均匀且活跃,气泡和流股冲击深度很浅,气泡容易上浮,四侧孔水口适用于浇注内部质量要求较高的钢种.Based on similarity theory,the motion behaviors of liquid steel,liquid slag and bubbles in bloom continuous casting mold were investigated by using 0.6:1 ratio water model. The results showed that when the one-port SEN was used,the level fluctuation was relatively small and the liquid slag distributed uniformly,and the penetration depth of stream and bubbles was deep,so it was difficult for bubbles in mold to float up,blowing argon was not suitable for one-port SEN. When bifurcated nozzle was used,there were reasonable level fluctuation and uniform liquid slag distribution in mold,and the penetration depths of stream and bubbles were relatively shallow. The former was about 30 mm less than that using one-port SEN. When the four-port SEN was used,the level fluctuation was uniform and the liquid slag which distributed uniformly in mold was active. Moreover,the penetration depths of bubbles and stream were very shallow,so the bubbles easily floated up. The four-port SEN was suitable for the steel which requires high internal quality.
