摘 要:通过铁浴式熔融还原炉的水力学模型,实验研究了底吹流量、顶枪流量和顶枪枪位对熔融还原炉内混匀时间的影响.单底吹实验结果表明,熔池内的混匀时间随着底吹流量的增大和油层厚度的增大都呈现减小趋势.单顶吹实验结果表明,顶枪流量的增大,熔池内的混匀时间大体有减小的趋势,不同的顶枪枪位对熔池的混匀时间有不同的影响.通过比较混匀时间和喷溅量的大小,顶底复吹正交实验得到本实验条件下最佳组合:底吹流量为9L/min、顶枪流量为15m3/h和顶枪枪位为350mm.The effects of bottom blowing flow rate,top blowing flow rate and top lance level on mixed time in iron bath of smelting reduction furnace were studied with water modeling. The test result of single lance at bottom showed that the mixing time in bath was reduced with increasing both flow rate and the thickness of oil layer as simulated slag. For the test of lance at topside,the mixing time was decreased with increasing flow rate,and the mixing time was different at the different lance levels. Comparing the quantities of mixing time and spraying,the best conditions obtained through the orthogonal experiments were as follows: 9 L/min of bottom blowing flow rate,15 m3/h of top blowing flow rate and 350 mm of top lance level.
