摘 要:以热力学计算结果为依据对铁水中钒的氧化行为及钒渣中钒、铁存在的价态进行了理论分析,模拟铁水中钒的氧化反应制取钒渣,运用X衍射分析了钒铁尖晶石的分子组成,研究了FeO对钒铁尖晶石形成的影响.结果表明,铁水中的钒主要被氧化成V3+,也有少部分被氧化成V2+,钒渣中的铁有Fe2+和Fe3+两种形式;当初渣中氧化剂(FeO)的摩尔量与铁水中V的摩尔量比X<2时,钒渣中的钒铁尖晶石以FeV2O4的形式存在;当2<X<3时,钒铁尖晶石以FeV2O4和Fe2VO4两种形式存在;当X>3时,钒铁尖晶石以Fe2VO4的形式存在.The oxidation behavior of vanadium in molten iron and the valences of vanadium and iron in vanadium slag were analyzed by thermodynamic calculation. The composition of vanadium slag obtained by simulating the oxidation reaction of vanadium in molten iron was studied by X-ray diffraction technique, and the effect of ferrous oxide on molecular structure of vanadium-iron spinels was studied. The experimental results showed that vanadium was primarily oxidized into V3+, a little vanadium was also oxidized into V2+, the valences of iron in vanadium slag were Fe2+ and Fe3+. FeV2O4 formed when the molar ratio of ferrous oxide of primary slag to the vanadium of molten iron was less than 2, both FeV2O4 and Fe2VO4 formed when the molar ratio of ferrous oxide to vanadium was between 2 to 3, and Fe2VO4 formed when the molar ratio of ferrous oxide to vanadium was more than 3.
