摘 要:铝热还原制备铜铬合金时,合金中会存在气孔以及Al2O3,Cr2O3等夹杂物,采用电渣重熔工艺可有效去除气孔以及夹杂物等缺陷.根据Al2O3,Al2O3-Cr2O3以及Al2O3-CaF2等相图,选用CaF2-CaO-Al2O3-MgO-SiO2渣系精炼铜铬合金.测量研究了五元渣系的黏度、密度、表面张力以及电导率等性能.结果表明,当CaO/Al2O3质量百分比一定时,随着温度升高,熔渣黏度下降,电导率升高.1500℃时,黏度最低只有0.013Pa·s,电导率可达1.22(-·cm)-1.随着温度升高,熔渣表面张力降低.渣样表面张力均小于0.50N/m,密度约为2.70g/cm3.五元渣具有较小的表面张力和良好的流动性,具有良好的精炼效果.While preparing CuCr alloy by aluminothermy reduction, there exist a number of inclusions in CuCr alloy which would be removed by electroslag remelting. Based on the phases of Al2O3 and Al2O3-Cr2O3 and Al2O3-CaF2, CaF2-CaO-Al2O3 -MgO-SiO2 system was used as refining slag for preparation of CuCr alloy. Its viscosity, conductivity, density and surface tension were studied. The results indicated that when the mass ratio value of CaO/Al2O3 was a constant, the slag viscosity decreased, and conductivity increased with temperature increasing. The viscosity was only 0.013 Pa·s and conductivity reached 1.22 (-·cm)-1 at 1500℃. The surface tension decreased with temperature increasing. The surface tension of the slag was lower than 0.500 N/m and the density near 2.700 g/cm3. The quandary slag had lower surface tension and better fluidity, so the refining efficiency with it was very perfect.
