摘 要:针对高磷铁水脱磷过程,运用FactSage软件对CaO系、Na2CO3系和CaO-Na2CO3系渣的脱磷能力进行了热力学模拟计算.综合分析计算结果得出,对于成分为ω[Fe]=95.08%,ω[C]=3.5%,ω[P]=1.3%,ω[Si]=0.1%,ω[S]=0.02%的高磷铁水,将磷含量降到0.1%以下适宜的渣系组成为,ω(CaO)=37.5%,ω(SiO2)=9.4%,ω(Fe2O3)=43.3%,ω(Na2CO3)=3.8%,ω(CaF2)=6%,渣铁比为0.2,温度为1623K.原始磷含量1.3%的铁水脱磷实验结果表明,用模拟计算得出的渣系,在温度1623K,渣铁比0.2的条件下,可将铁水磷含量降到0.1%以下.热力学模拟计算对高磷铁水脱磷剂组成的确定及渣铁比、温度的选择具有一定的指导作用.Dephosphorization using CaO, Na2CO3 and CaO-Na2CO3 based slags was calculated according to the process of hot metal dephosphorization through FactSage. After the comprehensive analysis of thermodynamic calculation results, the conclusion was made that proper slag with the composition of ωCaO=37.5%, ωSiO2=9.4%, ωFe2O3=43.3%, ωNa2CO3=3.8%, and ωCaF2=6% could decrease the phosphorus content in the hot metal with the composition of ω[Fe]=95.08%, ω[C]=3.5%, ω[P]=1.3%, ω[Si]=0.1%, and ω[S]=0.02% under 0.1% at 1623 K, with a mass ratio of 0.2 between the slag and hot metal. The experiments for dephosphorization of hot metal with the initial phosphorus content of 1.3% were carried out in laboratory. The results confirmed that the proper slag calculated was able to decrease the phosphorus content in the hot metal under 0.1% with the mass ratio of 0.2 at about 1623 K. The thermodynamic simulation calculation had guidance function to determine the proper compositions of dephosphorization slags for high phosphorus content of hot metal and choose the better mass ratios and temperature.
