摘 要:对矫直区连续测温在板坯连铸二冷模型中的应用进行了研究.采用反馈控制与前馈控制互补的模式,分析建立了板坯连铸矫直温度在线控制模型.并设计了能有效避免二冷区各种测温干扰因素影响,可在高温环境长时间在线运行的CQU-2MB测温仪.本模型考虑了水量变化的历史累积与温度的延迟,引入最佳温度区域和微调温度区域2个控制调节区,有效地减小了控制调节中的铸坯温度波动,缩短温度调节时间,提高控制效率.在板坯连铸生产中应用本控制系统后,在拉速等工艺条件波动较大的情况下,铸坯矫直温度基本上能稳定地控制在目标温度范围内.Application of temperature measuring online on straightening area to secondary cooling model during slab continuous casting process was studied. Complementary mode of feedback control and feedforward control was introduced. And an on-line model for straightening temperature control during the casting process was developed. At the same time, thermometric instrument CQU-2M was developed, which can avoid the influence in secondary cooling zone efficiently and run online for long time. On-line model for straightening temperature control considers the accumulation of water variety history and the delay of temperature, and introduces two adjust regions of optimum temperature range and fine adjustment temperature range. Thereby surface temperature fluctuation of slab can be decreased efficiently during control process, and control efficiency can be improved by reducing the controlling time. With the use of the control system in the slab continuous casting, the straightening temperature of slab was stably controlled to the target temperature on the whole under the unstable technological operating parameters such as the unstable casting speed.
