摘 要:选取AH36,Q345两个钢种进行热膨胀性能测试,研究了连铸坯在升降温过程和不同升降温速度条件下热膨胀性能的变化规律.实验结果表明,热膨胀曲线中升温过程对应相变点温度高于降温过程;当升温速度由5℃/min增至10℃/min时,连铸坯发生奥氏体转变区域总体向高温区移动6~16℃,当降温速度由5℃/min增至10℃/min时,奥氏体转变区域向低温区移动10~20℃;在升降温速度较大时,热膨胀曲线中奥氏体的转变区域更为明显.The AH36 and Q345 steels were chosen for their measurement of thermal expansion property, and the change law for thermal expansion property of cast slab between the processes of heating and cooling at different temperature change rate was studied. The results showed that the phase transition temperature of heating process was higher than that of cooling process at the same temperature change rate in the thermal expansion property curve, and austenite transformation region of continuously cast slab shifted to higher temperature zone about 6~16℃ at high heating rate, and to lower temperature zone about 10~20℃ at high cooling rate. Austenite transformation region may be more obvious at higher heating rate or cooling rate.
