摘  要:研究了一种应用于转炉炼钢生产的新型集束射流氧枪,氧枪在主氧的外层加了一圈保护气体,使射流集中,具有极强的穿透金属熔池的能力,增加了氧气对钢水的搅拌强度,在促进钢渣反应、减少喷溅、提高氧气利用率、提高金属收得率方面,比传统超音速氧枪有更大优势.利用软件FLUENT对转炉炼钢氧枪在集束射流和普通射流两种状态下的射流情况进行了数值模拟,并在安阳钢铁公司第二炼钢厂30t转炉进行了使用及效果分析,通过结果对比,论证了集束射流氧枪的优越性.Coherent jet oxygen lance was introduced as a new type of oxygen lance. The protective gas out around the main oxygen was added to make the jet concentrated with a strong ability to penetrate the metal bath and increase of oxygen on the molten steel stirring intensity. It had a greater advantage than traditional supersonic oxygen lance in promotion of the reaction between steel and slag, reduction of splash, improvement of oxygen utilization and metal yield. The software FLUENT was employed to simulate the characteristics of coherent jet oxygen lance and common oxygen lance. The effect of coherent jet oxygen lance was testified in 30 t converter steelmaking of Anyang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. The advantage of coherent jet oxygen lance was proved by comparing the characteristics of two lances.
