摘  要:氧化焙烧是解决低品位复杂难选菱铁矿的有效前处理工艺,氧化焙烧参数对焙烧效果影响很大.采用热力学计算软件FactSage对西南地区某低品位复杂难选菱铁矿进行氧化焙烧的热力学模拟计算,分析研究了氧化焙烧过程的特点与规律,得到了适宜的氧化焙烧条件.计算结果表明,适宜的氧化焙烧温度为1000~1050℃,焙烧后矿石品位提高了6.09%,达到37.28%,脱硫率为99.99%.计算结果与实验结果一致.Oxidation roasting was a pretreatment technique for low-grade and complex siderite, the parameters of oxidation roasting were important to roasting efficiency. In this work, using software of FactSage, numerical simulation research for low grade and complex siderite had been accomplished, and thermodynamic conditions and characters of roasting analyzed. The research result indicated that the feasible temperature for oxide roasting was 1000~1050℃. At this point more then 37% iron ore grade was achieved, which was increased by 6.25%, and the desulfurization rate was 99.99%. The calculated results basically agreed with those analyzed in the experiments.
