摘 要:HIsmelt工艺的侧吹喷枪技术给铁浴式熔融还原工艺带来了新的发展,侧吹喷枪对铁浴具有良好的搅拌作用.本工作对侧吹喷枪不同的侧吹角度和枪位下熔融还原炉内流体的流动进行了数值模拟.当喷吹角度为50°时,炉内和炉壁处的喷溅最剧烈,易侵蚀炉衬.枪位越低,炉内的喷溅越剧烈.计算了顶底侧复吹时的流体流动情况,侧吹喷枪对铁浴喷溅影响较大,底吹喷枪对铁浴的搅拌影响较大.The side lance of HIsmelt technology has brought new development of smelting reduction. It has stirring function. The different conditions of fluid flow in slag are obtained by changing the angle of lance injection and lance position. It is found that when the blowing angle is 50o, the slag splashes intensively. When the lance position is lower, the slag splashes more intensively. When the blowing velocity of side lance is 100 m/s, and the lance position 347 mm, the gas flow direction is horizontal. The side lance has great effect on the slag splashing. Bottom lance has great effect on the iron-bath stirring.
