摘 要:利用数值模拟方法研究了连铸结晶器水模型内吹气作用下的流动和夹杂物粒子去除效果,分析了吹气量对结晶器内流动和夹杂物粒子去除的影响规律.研究结果表明,吹气可增加整个上回流的向上运动趋势,尤其是靠近水口附近的流动;随着吹气流量增大,自由液面波动减弱;夹杂物粒子上浮率增加,在2,4和6L/min气流量下,夹杂物粒子去除率比无气体吹入时分别提高3.4%,5.9%和9.6%.The numerical simulation study on flow field and inclusion particles removal was carried out with the water model of mold. The effects of gas flow rate on flow field and inclusion removal rate were investigated. The results showed that the gas injection could increase the rising tendency of upper circulating area, especially the flow near the nozzle. The level fluctuation in the surface decreased as the gas flow rate increased. The removal rate of inclusion particles increased when the gas flow rate increased. When the gas flow rate increased from 2 L/min to 6 L/min, the removal rate was increased by 3.4%, 5.9%, and 9.6% compared with that without gas.
