摘 要:以某钢厂方坯连铸机为研究背景,介绍了建立动态轻压下压下区域模型的方法.结合传热模型计算的温度分布和普遍使用的临界固相率、极限固相率,得出了轻压下的压下区域.与现场数据进行对比,对适合该厂轻压下压下位置所对应的临界固相率以及极限固相率进行了适当的修正.结果表明,在本模型的计算条件下,在拉速为0.3和0.4m/min时,临界固相率取0.4,在拉速为0.5和0.6m/min时,临界固相率取0.3,求得的压下区域更加符合测试结果.With a bloom caster of steel factory as research background, the establishment of dynamic soft reduction zone model was introduced. From the results of heat transfer model, generally used critical solid fraction and limit solid fraction, the soft reduction zone was obtained. The contrast test with the field data was carried on to suit this factory. The critical solid fraction and limit solid fraction were carried on the suitable revision. The result indicated that under the conditions of this model, when casting speeds were 0.3 and 0.4 m/min, the critical solid fraction was 0.4, when they were 0.5 and 0.6 m/min, the critical solid fraction was 0.3, the soft reduction zone obtained was conformed to the test result.
