摘 要:依据相似理论建立了模拟COREX熔融气化炉冷态模型.应用颗粒速度等高线法对回旋区边界进行了界定,考察了鼓风量、床层高度、排料速度等对回旋区深度的影响.结果表明,当鼓风量超过一定值时,风口前缘会形成回旋区空腔.随着鼓风量的增加,回旋区深度不断增大,二者呈近似线性关系.随着床层高度的增加,回旋区深度不断减小,但当床层到达大于350mm高度后,回旋区深度几乎不再变化.排料速度小于0.493L/h时对回旋区深度影响不大,随着排料速度的增加,回旋区深度不断增大.The cold model of COREX melter gasifier was built according to similarity theory. The influences of blast volume, discharging rate and bed height on the size of raceway were researched after the raceway boundary had been defined with particles velocity contours. The results showed that the raceway cavity appears in front of the tuyere when the blast volume reached a certain value. There was a directly proportional relationship between the blast volume and penetration depth of raceway. With the increasing of bed height, the penetration depth decreased gradually and then kept constant when the bed height increased to 350 mm. When the discharging rate was below 0.493 L/h, the penetration depth did not change much and then increased with the increasing of discharging rate.
