摘  要:CFD软件中的VOF多相流模型和Mixture多相流模型已经被广泛用于冶金过程的数学模拟中.本研究使用FLUENT软件自带的VOF多相流模型和Mixture多相流模型分别对熔融还原炉的单底吹流动进行数学模拟,并同水力学模拟实验结果进行对比,发现从密度场和流场来看,VOF模型的计算结果更符合水力学模拟实验的结果.使用VOF多相流模型对熔融还原炉进行复吹模拟时发现,顶枪枪位较高时,对铁浴没有起到搅拌作用;侧吹炉壁枪仅对靠近壁面处渣层引起喷溅;底吹喷枪会引起铁渣界面的波动.VOF multi-phase model and Mixture multi-phase model of CFD software have been widely used in metallurgy process. VOF and Mixture models were used to simulate the fluid flow in smelting reduction furnace with bottom blowing. The comparison of physical and mathematical simulations was done. It was indicated that the result of VOF model was more coincident to that of physical simulation. Combined blowing was simulated by VOF model. It was indicated that the top lance with high lance position had nothing to do with stirring of iron bath. Slag near the wall was splashed by side lance. Water-oil interface was fluctuated by bottom lance.
