摘　　要：目的建立夜香颈椎片的质量标准。方法采用聚酰胺薄层色谱法对夜香颈椎片中葛根、夜香牛、透骨草进行了定性鉴别;采用分光光度法测定总黄酮的含量,为夜香颈椎片的质量控制提供依据。结果定性鉴别方法专属性强。芦丁在0.206～1.236mg内线性良好,平均加样回收率为99.09%,RSD为1.13%。结论所建立的方法准确可行,重复性好,可有效控制夜香颈椎片的质量。OBJECTIVE To establish the quality standard for Yexiangjingzhui tablet.METHODS Polyamide thin layer chromatography was used for qualitative indentification of Pueraria lobata(Willd.)Ohwi,Vernonia cinerea(L.)less.,and Glechoma longituba(Nakai)Kupr..The total flavones was determined by spectrophotometry.RESULTS The indentification was highly specific.The total flavones could be determined by spectrophotometry.The qualitative method of rutin showed a good linearity in the range of 0.206~1.236 mg.The average recovery of rutin was 99.09%,and RSD was 1.13%.CONCLUSION The mothod is stable,accurate and precise for the quality control of Yexiangjingzhui tablet.
