摘  要:采用干混法制备了3种反应吸附脱硫剂:Ni/ZnO-SiO2-Al2O3、NiO/ZnO-SiO2-Al2O3、NiS/ZnO-SiO2-Al2O3,并利用小型固定床实验装置进行了催化裂化汽油脱硫实验。研究发现,活性组分Ni处于不同化学形态时,吸附剂脱硫活性顺序为:Ni/ZnO-SiO2-Al2O3>NiO/ZnO-SiO2-Al2O>NiS/ZnO-SiO2-Al2O3。还原态Ni基吸附剂Ni/ZnO-SiO2-Al2O3反应吸附脱硫最佳工艺条件为:反应温度370℃,总压力2.0MPa,体积空速5.0h-1,氢/油摩尔比2.6。在最佳工艺条件下测得了吸附剂的穿透曲线,并通过穿透曲线获得了吸附剂的饱和硫容。Three kinds of reactive adsorption desulfurization agents Ni/ZnO-SiO2-Al2O3,NiO/ZnO-SiO2-Al2O3 and NiS/ZnO-SiO2-Al2O3 are prepared by dry mixed method.The evaluation test for desulfurization of FCC gasoline is carried out in a fixed bed reactor.Desulfurization activity of adsorbents with different Ni chemical speciation is investigated,showing the activity sequence of Ni/ZnO-SiO2-Al2O3>NiO/ZnO-SiO2-Al2O3>NiS/ZnO-SiO2-Al2O3.The optimal operating conditions for FCC gasoline desulfurization of Ni/ZnO-SiO2-Al2O3 are reactive temperature of 370℃,total pressure of 2.0 MPa,volume space velocity of 5.0 h-1 and H2/oil molar ratio of 2.6.Under the optimum operating condition,the breakthrough curve of reactive adsorption desulfurization is measured,from which the saturation sulfur capacity of adsorbent is obtained.
