摘  要:在带有单孔喷嘴石英管反应器实验的基础上,对焦炉煤气非催化部分氧化工艺制合成气进行了研究,分析了O2/GAS比对合成气各组分含量的影响,反应器中反应过程和温度分布及出口产品组成。实验结果表明CH4转化率随O2/GAS比增大而增大,O2/GAS比调节到0.22~0.26时,CH4转化率达到95%~97%,此时合成气CH4含量低于1%。利用CFD软件平台对转化反应器进行了数值模拟。模拟结果显示,流量一定时出口气体组分H2与CH4分别随着进气氧气与焦炉煤气体积流量比值的增加而减少,CO和CO2分别随着比值的增加而增加。出口气体有效组分摩尔分数随进气流量的变化不是非常明显。在壁面温度为1100K时转化效果最好。Based on experiments on a quartz tube reactor with a single-hole nozzle,the process of coke oven gas turned into syngas by non-catalytic partial oxidation is studied,and the influences of oxygen/gas on the various components contents in synthesis gas,the reactor reaction process and temperature distribution and the compositions of export products are analyzed.Experimental results show that the methane conversion rate increases with the increasing of oxygen/gas ratio.When the oxygen/gas ratio is regulated to 0.22-0.26,the methane conversion rate can reach 95%-97%,while methane content in synthesis gas below 1%.By using CFD software the conversion reactor is numerically simulated,and the simulation results show that when the flow rate keeps constant,the hydrogen and methane in the export syngas decrease,respectively,with the intake oxygen/gas volume flow ratio increases,and CO and CO2 contents increase with the ratio,respectively.The change of molar fractions of effective components in export syngas with the inlet flow rate isn’t very obvious.With the wall temperature of 1 100 K the transformation process has the best result.
