摘  要:为了适应科技军事领域对编码器精度的要求,广泛采用电子技术或软件技术对编码器光学最小分辨角进行细分。软件方法多采用合成函数八细分与幅值细分相结合的方法。对常用的两种合成函数法—绝对值差值法和正切函数法在信号偏离理想波形的实际情况下,引入的原理性误差进行了理论分析和软件仿真,结果表明:对于不同的莫尔条纹信号,正切函数法和绝对值差值法引入的原理性误差差别很大,根据实际莫尔条纹信号特点,选用不同的细分方法,对于修正编码器的细分误差,进一步提高码器的精度有重要意义。In order to meet the requirements of the accuracy of encoder in science and technology military field, electronic technology or software technology have been used extensively to make a subsection of the smallest resolution optical angle of the encoder.Software method is combination of the multi-synthetic function of eight segments and amplitude segmentation method.The paper made a heoretical analysis and software simulation of the principle error incoming under the practical situation of two commonly used synthetic function method - the absolute difference between the law and the tangent function method 'signal deviating from the ideal one.The results showed that:there were big incoming principle error between the tangent function method and the absolute different value method as to different moire fringe for different signals.Based on the actual characteristics of Moire fringe signal, choosing a different subdivision for the amendment to the breakdown of the encoder error has significant meaning to further improve the accuracy of codec.
