摘　　要：测量用电流互感器是国家强制检定的计量器具,它是电能计量装置的重要组成部分。而电能计量装置的准确与否直接关系着发电一电网—用电中贸易结算双方的经济利益。本文详细介绍了使用稳定的核查标准对电流互感器测量过程进行统计控制的方法和步骤,提出了适用于电流互感器测量过程稳定性监控的控制图技术,通过控制图来判定测量过程是否受控,以防止出现错误的测量结果;通过实施测量过程的统计控制迅速发现检定/校准过程中存在的问题并及时采取纠正措施,以确保检定/校准质量的准确可靠。Current transformer used in surveying is a measuring instrument,which is compulsorily tested according to the national standard,as well as is an important part of electric energy metering device.The measuring accuracy of the electric energy metering device immediately relates with economic interests of both sides of trade settlement. This paper introduces the methods and steps of statistical control for measuring process of current transformer using a check standard in detail,and puts forward the control chart technique suitable for the measuring process stability control of the current transformer.According to a control chart,we can judge whether the measuring process is controlled,to prevent an erroneous measure result.Some existing problems are detected and corrective action is taken by conducting monitoring.
