摘  要:介绍了微带谐振环法测量低温共烧陶瓷介电常数的原理和计算方法,通过软件仿真分析了不同的谐振环耦合间距,线宽和接地孔对谐振环法计算和仿真结果的影响,分析表明应该使用较小的耦合间距,阻抗适中的线宽和足够小的接地孔间距,只有这样才能保证测量的准确性.最后给出了实际制作的谐振环测试电路尺寸,并由实际测试结果计算出4.48 GHz和21.975 GHz两个频点的相应介电常数分别为5.82和6.066,符合厂商给出5.9±0.2的范围,证明了该方法的可行性和准确性.The theory and calculation method of microstrip ring resonator for determination of Low Temperature co-fired ceramic(LTCC) Dielectric Constant is introduced.By Electromagnetic(EM) simulation software,the insertion loss of different coupling gap,line width and ground vias is analyzed.The results indicate that these parameters have great influence on ring resonator.It is shown that the smaller coupling gap,medium value of impedance and enough pitch of grounding vias are recommended for correct measurement of dielectric constant.Finally,the experimental ring resonator is fabricated.Through the measured frequency of 4.48 GHz and 21.975 GHz,the dielectric constant can be calculated,which are 5.82 and 6.066,respectively The obtained results are consistent with the data provided by dielectric producer.It is proved that the method of ring resonator is accurate and feasible.
