摘　　要：本文介绍了利用Agilent矢量网络分析仪PNA-X针对微波固态脉冲功率放大器的测试。文中简要介绍了PNA-X的系统特点,尤其对其脉冲信号测试的功能进行了描述,比较了以前测试系统与PNA-X的差别。按照微波固态放大器的测试规范,对此放大器进行了关注项的测试,文中列出了部分测试结果并简单进行分析。最后总结了PNA-X在测试微波固态脉冲功率放大器的优势,并提出下一步改善测试的建议。This paper introduced measurements of microwave solid state pulsed power amplifier with Agilent Vector Network Analyzer PNA-X.The system characterization of PNA-X is shown,especially the function of pulsed signal measurements. According to the standard of microwave solid state amplifier measurements,several important items are tested,the results and analysis are presented simply.In the end,the advantages of PNA-X in pulsed measurements are described,and further improvements on test are suggested.
