摘　　要：提出了一种新的地面数字电视移动测试系统及其软件和硬件实现方案,能够实现视频的播放、测试数据的实时显示以及对所采集的数据进行后期的统计处理。该系统可以应用于数字电视地面广播国家标准的网络测试、评估和规划。In this paper,we proposed and implemented a new terrestrial digital TV measurement system.It can realize not only the real-time play of both MPEG2 stream and measurement results but also the post-processing on the collected data.This system is suitable for the testing,evaluating and network design for the Chinese terrestrial DTMB system.
